Joseph Zito has been a practicing patent attorney for over 35 years. 

His practice includes opinions, due diligence studies,  licensing, trademark and patent prosecution, representation in matters before the USPTO, ITC and other governmental agencies.  His technical areas of experience include: software, semiconductor structure, computers, telecommunications, VOIP, electronic circuit design, electro-mechanical, mechanical, pharmaceuticals chemical and optical devices.

He has participated as lead counsel in numerous bench trials and hearings, over a dozen jury trials and seven ITC Investigations. He has over 40 reported decisions, including several precedential decisions from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
